1. What LibertyVue Player provides
LibertyVue Player is media-player software. The licence covers use of the application on one compatible device. The app does not sell, provide, host or recommend television channels, playlists or media subscriptions.
2. Legal use only
You may use the player for media you own, official free-to-air streams, private organisational streams, testing streams, or content supplied by a provider that holds the necessary distribution rights. You are responsible for confirming that you are authorised to access every stream you add.
3. Seven-day trial
A newly registered device receives a seven-day evaluation period. The trial is intended to confirm device compatibility and test your authorised playlist before purchasing a licence.
4. Licences
An annual licence lasts twelve months from activation. A lifetime licence remains valid for the supported life of the registered device and application, subject to these terms. Each licence is linked to one device and cannot be shared across multiple devices.
5. Payments and refunds
The final checkout will show the price, currency, payment processor and refund terms before purchase. Card information is handled by the payment processor, not stored by LibertyVue Player. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to a purchase remain unaffected.
6. Compatibility and availability
Playback depends on the device, network, stream format and the external server supplying the media. A software licence does not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party streams. Supported devices and formats may change as platforms evolve.
7. Misuse and suspension
Access may be restricted when there is credible evidence of fraud, attacks on the service, licence manipulation, or unlawful use. We will not request your playlist credentials through unsolicited messages.
8. Changes and contact
These terms will be dated and reviewed before public launch. Material changes will be published on this page. Contact details will be added before the service accepts payments.
